SHIPPING

Contiguous U.S. - Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on every order within in the contiguous United States.

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground within 1-3 business days. Please allow 3 – 8 days for arrival. You will receive an email with the UPS tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

Our pillow inserts are handcrafted and made-to-order for House Finery. Pillow inserts ship within 10-18 business days after ordering. Packages ship via FedEx or UPS Ground. Inserts are shipped direct from manufacturer. Once an order has begun production, changes cannot be made or cancelled.

Free Shipping Exclusion

Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories & APO/FPO/DPO

Shipping fees apply. Orders ship via USPS. We do not ship pillow inserts to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally.

RETURNS

Most items purchased in the last 30 days are eligible for return. Some notable exceptions are gift cards, pillow inserts and items purchased on Final Sale. Once your return is started, you have 30 days to send it back.

Return Process Online

  • Once the order has been shipped, you may use our Return Portal, located in the menu at the bottom of our website.
  • You will need the order number and zip code for your order. The order number can be found in the order confirmation email that you received, or within your Account Portal.
  • From there, please select the item(s) that you would like to return, as well as the reason for return.

Return Shipment Instructions

  • After you have completed the return process online, please print the return label.
  • Please pack items to be returned and the original packing list inside an appropriate shipping box and seal.
  • Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop off at your nearest UPS location.
  • Your credit or refund will be applied within 2 – 3 weeks upon receipt of your item(s).
