Shipping and Returns
When will I receive my order?
We offer free standard shipping; shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Our pillow covers ship via UPS Ground within 1-3 business days of placing your order unless otherwise noted. Orders are shipped via UPS with tracking numbers. Our pillow inserts are made to order and will ship 10-14 business days direct from manufacturer after order has been placed via FEDEX or UPS Ground.
What is your return policy?
Most items purchased in the last 30 days are eligible for return. Some notable exceptions are gift cards and items purchased on Final Sale. Once your return is started, you have 30 days to send it back. For more detailed return policy details, click here.
To initiate the return process, you can:
- Use our Return Portal, located in the menu at the bottom of our website.
- You will need the order number and zip code for your order. The order number can be found in the Order Confirmation Email that you received, or within your Account Portal.
- You will be refunded once our warehouse has completed processing your returned item(s).

Refund processing may take 2-3 weeks after receipt of your package at our warehouse.
Can I pay for my order over time?
Yes! At checkout choose Shop Pay as your payment method to split your entire order into 4 interest-free payments. Click here to learn more.
Product Care
How do I care for my pillow covers?
We recommend dry cleaning methods; care instructions for each individual pillow can be found on the care label sewn inside the pillow cover.
Note, due to shipping, products may arrive with creases. We recommend lightly steaming fabric or lightly misting a fabric wrinkle release spray to release the creases.

Where are your products made?
So glad you asked. We searched far and wide for the right manufacturing partner and found greatness in a small artisanal factory in North Carolina. They are committed to domestic manufacturing and paying their craftspeople a living wage.
Do you have fabric samples available?
Not at this time, but we will be offering this option soon. We have a generous return policy though - so you can order any of our products with confidence that you can return if it doesn’t work for your home.
Will my pillow cover come with a pillow insert?
Pillow inserts are not included. You can use the cover over your existing pillow insert. Need a pillow insert? We sell these inserts.
What size insert should I use?
We recommend filling your throw pillow cover with an insert that is 1 to 2 inches larger than the pillow cover size. We also recommend filling our pillow covers with down-feather inserts for a fuller look.
Can I customize pillow covers?
Not currently.
